Information on Klyvoo

We work hard to keep prices and features accurate, but vendors change them often. Always confirm details on the vendor’s own website before you buy. Klyvoo gives general information, not professional advice.

Third-party sites and products

Klyvoo links to products and websites we don’t own or control. Your use of them is between you and that company, under their terms.

Submitting an agent

When you submit an agent, you confirm the details are accurate and that you’re allowed to share them. You let Klyvoo use the product’s name, logo and public information to create and keep its listing. We decide whether to list a submission and what the listing says.

Paid placements

Fast Track is a one-time fee for a review within 3 business days. If we don’t list the agent, we refund the fee. Featured placements are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime, ending with the current paid month. We may refuse or remove a paid placement that breaks these terms; if we remove it for a reason that isn’t your fault, we refund the unused time.

Acceptable use

Don’t copy large parts of the site, scrape it in bulk, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything illegal.

Our content

Klyvoo’s text, design and logo belong to Klyvoo. You’re welcome to quote short parts with a link back to the page. Product names and logos belong to their owners.

No warranty and limit of liability

Klyvoo is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses from using the site or any product listed on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this section shows when they last changed.
