Our verdict
Callie is the easiest way to stop email back-and-forth if your team already runs on Calendly. It is still in beta, works only in English and comes only in the Plus plans, which cost $8 more per seat than the plan they sit on.

Callie isn't sold alone. It comes in Calendly's Standard Plus and Teams Plus plans. Teams Plus is $24/seat/mo billed yearly, $8 more than Teams. Calendly lists Standard at $10/seat/mo but doesn't show a separate Standard Plus price on its pricing page.
Does Callie have a free trial?
Calendly offers free trials of paid plans, but it says beta access to Callie during free trials may vary.
How does Callie schedule meetings?
Add callie@calendly.com to an email thread and say what you need. It checks your availability, offers times and books the meeting. You approve every change, and it won't book outside your availability.
Is Callie still in beta?
Yes. Callie launched in beta on August 19, 2026 and is still marked beta as of October 2026. It works in English only for now.
